[Food review] Chinese New Year Set Menu With Lots of Treasure @ Three Brothers Restaurant, Shah Alam.

Me being the eldest child of the family, I always in-charge of searching the best food for my family. I always make sure my family eat with happiness and by gathering my family member at the round table chit chat and laugh. The older generation always quote that "一家人齊齊整整" which is mean one family reunion. 
Counting down in 3 weeks, Chinese New Year is around the corner. Where will you bring you family in this once a year big festive? Thank God, I spotted Three Brothers  Restaurant located at Seksyen U5, Bandar Pinggiran Subang. Its further down the road from the Subang Airport (if you are familiar with Ara Damansara area). Three Brothers Restaurant serve premium fresh quality seafood and wide variety of Chinese cuisines in the house.

The Chinese New Year menu come in four set with different dishes and prices. Dining set's price start from RM 688 to RM 1288 for 10 pax per table. And also 3 take-away set too with different price range. Available throughout January and February 2018.

Yee Shang 三文鱼鱼生
Price: RM 48.00 (Half portion) ; RM 58.00 (One portion)

This Yee Sang is so tempting, sweet and sourish in taste. Perfect combination with the 3 seafood - salmon, giant clam and fish skin.

Double Boiled Geoduck Soup 鱼鳔象拔蚌炖鸡汤
Price: RM 176.00
Take a sip of this double-boiled geoduck soup, WOW! Strong in herbs flavour, boiled with kampung chicken, fish maw, dried scallop and mushroom. Nourishing taste and great flavour.

Ginger Steamed Giant Garoupa 广西蒸大龙虎斑
Price: RM 188.00
Strong and fragrant with minced ginger. Delicate tender boneless fish. Incredible dish because I love ginger very much! 

Money Bag with Fish Maw 干贝鲍鱼焖厚花胶
Price: RM 180.00
It looks like braised pork but is not. It is braised fish maw and homemade money bag wanton with Bakchoy. Well cooked braised fish maw, taste soft and chewy in texture with braised sauce.

Spanish Iberico Platter 西班牙煎黑毛猪三拼

*Highly recommended* This ultimate platter is my first tried meat platter for Chinese New Year. But you can order as ala-carte for normal day too. This delicate meat platter featuring Iberico ribs, Iberico cured meats and Iberico collar served with the salad. Tender and flavorful meat cutted to premium slice. Super delicious while sucking and licking the meats. How wonderful it is...

Never missed out with the last mouth watering dessert. Imported Italy Tiramisu taste moist, light and creamy with shredded coconut. So irresistibly good.

To celebrate your Chinese New Year in advance, make a reservation and order the set menu for 10 pax. This restaurant is totally worth it! Never try you never know. In a nutshell, this is the perfect place to go, if you're aftering fresh and high quality seafoods. Price wise may be slightly steep, but the attentive service and terrific foods definitely justified.
