Commenting on the significance of the name “Crème De La Crème”, Lio emphasised the team’s utmost priority in procuring the cream of the crop: from exceptionally skilful and passionate pastry chefs, to insisting on the best natural ingredients, using only top-of-the-line machinery - all to bring to Malaysians unrivalled quality ice cream texture and taste.
“Our team of highly skilled pastry chefs are armed with a wealth of knowledge and technical know-how to create the perfectly irresistible pint of wonderful creamy swirls. At CDLC, we don’t believe in skimping on ingredients.
