[Food Review] A Tasty Gourmet Pebble Burger @ Bangsar, KL

Being a No.1 fans and burger lover, i get the chance to be invited to try a home-grown gourmet burger - Pebble Malaysia @ Bangsar. Thanks for having me during the food tasting session. And the best part of the session is this store is Pebble's flagship store. 
Pebble is a Malaysia's home-grown gourmet burger store, having first debut in December 2018 at Taman Tun Dr Ismail. Pebble burger offer a variety of burger inspired by different countries' cuisine. Using high quality ingredients such as 100% Australian beef, locally sourced chicken and fresh vegetables.  Even the selection of signature sauces are homemade, ensuring only the best for their customer. With the best ingredients and sauces, Pebble burger's maestros combine it and craft an irresistible menu burgers.

The food tasting start with the popular Pebble's signature burger. Lets check it out!
Pebble Signature Burger (RM 18.95) - A Pebble's crowd favourite, uses only 100% Australia beef, paired with crunchy onion rings and savoury cheddar slice. And of course the Pebble’s signature Malaysian BBQ sauce.
How it was done – using 100% Australian beef patty grilled to medium doneness to seal the juice, and topped with cheddar cheese and fried onion rings, and drizzle Malaysia BBQ sauce.


Mala Burger (RM 16.85) – Crispy fried chicken thigh paired with Pebble’s spicy Mala peppercorn sauce for fiery kick Fried Chicken, Onions, Mala Peppercorn sauce. 
How it was done – Deboned chicken thigh is coated in batter and fried. The crispy patty is then slathered with spicy signature Mala sauce for a sensory experience.

Falafel Burger (RM 19.60) – A vegetarian burger comprises of chickpea patty, ranch sauce and sautéed bell peppers. 
How it was done  – Chopped chickpeas infused with herbs and spices, and then shaped into a patty's shape and fried till it golden.

Korean Burger (RM 16.85) – Crispy fried chicken thigh is topped with a special Korean garlic soy sauce, and topped with cheddar slice and purple slaw.
How it was done – Deboned chicken thigh is fried and dipped into special Korean soy garlic sauce.

Crispy Chicken Rendang Burger (RM 16.85) – The all time Malaysian favourite inspired combination of crispy fried chicken coated in spicy rending gravy, topped with fried egg and cucumbers.
How it was done – Deboned chicken thigh is coated in batter and fried. Topped with our very own special rending sauce, fried egg and cucumber.

Salmon Sushi Burger (RM 18.55) –  The Nippon inspired. Slices of premium raw salmon, spread with sriracha aioli, and sandwiched with 2 rice buns and wrapped with Nori seaweed. 
How it was done  – marinated fresh salmon fillet and placed on a bed of fresh lettuce and tobiko (flying fish roe).

Generally, I really enjoy the homie taste of Pebble Burger. The signature sauce combination with different cuisine are really unique, if you are craving  for a yummilicious burger then Pebble is definitely your right choice.
